What types of olive oil do you offer?

We offer a wide selection of the highest quality olive oils, including Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Virgin Olive Oil, Cold Pressed Olive Oil, as well as flavored and organic oils.

What is extra virgin cold pressed olive oil?

This means the oil was extracted at a specific temperature (usually below 27°C), which helps preserve its natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional properties. Most high-quality extra virgin olive oils are cold-pressed.

Are your oils organic?

We offer olive oils with an ecological (organic) certificate, originating from crops that do not use artificial fertilizers or pesticides.

How to store olive oil?

Olive oil should be stored in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light. Avoid contact with air, so always keep the bottle tightly closed.

What is the expiration date of your oils?

The expiration date of each bottle of olive oil is listed on the label. Typically, it's 12 to 18 months from the production date. However, once opened, it's recommended to consume the oil within a few months to maintain its best quality.

Orders can be placed directly on our website by adding the selected products to your cart and following the instructions.

What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost?

What is the order processing time?

Orders placed by 12:00 noon on weekdays are shipped the same day. Delivery is usually the next business day.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your package on the carrier's website.

Returns and complaints:

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged order, please contact our customer service department immediately. Please provide photos of the damage so we can quickly resolve the issue.

Can I return the ordered goods?

According to our terms and conditions, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
