Processing Time Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Poland We ship to all addresses in Poland via InPost / GLS. Estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Shipping within the European Union We ship across the EU. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over 200 PLN within Poland.

Packaging All products are carefully packaged to ensure your olive oil arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Issues with Delivery If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at office@ekoliva.pl and we will resolve it promptly.
